Heh, I plan on doing 50 to 60 miles in a day. I just thought some of the hard core guys might want a 100 mile ride, if not no worries.

Me and a couple others were planning to go around that time. A couple of good riders that have never been. Was planning on being an escort but hooking up with others is always a great time.
When I have gone, we usually do 60 to 70 miles in an easy day. Always like to read Tom's adventures of riding there.

Joe, count me in for at least one day of riding. Also if anyone that knows the area and would be able to ride on Thursdays of Fridays I would be up for that. I have ridden most all the trails @ GP at least once but its been a long time. Plan on spending some time up there this summer learning the trails.

One more thing, Joe it seems as if you "are in the know" around here. If you or any one else knows of anyone that needs help clearing trails in the GP on either a Thursday or Friday I would like to volunteer to help. I have seen some trail work plans posted but it is always on a Sat. or Sun. Unfortunatly I work those days.

OK no more racing until September 12th so time to revive this thread. I am ampd to ride the GP again! As far as clearing trails I would keep an eye on thumper talk. Tom Savage is retired and Kelly (Ride) is self employed so he ride during the week a lot.

Boys To Men are playing in Lincoln City on the 4th (my wife's birthday) I'm so excited!!! She knows there is no way I'm going to that..... Long story short. Me and the boy can go riding. Anyone else planning on taking kids on the Saturday ride? He is good enough to complete any of the XCs (except the killer downhills of the Devil's Head) but his top speed is first gear for us.
