Safety Institute (ASI) or dirt bike
Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Safety Training classes, visit the

In Oregon, you have several options to get signed up for a class: you can call
ASI/MSF, you can sign up online, or you can contact the coaches/instructors
directly. The previous link will have the contact info for you to contact them.
Oregon Administrative Rule 736-004-085,
Section 3 states:
The ATV course completion card shall be considered a temporary operator permit
until the permanent ATV operator permit is issued by the Department.
(a) An ATV course completion card issued to an out-of-state resident who has
completed an approved safety education course will meet the requirements of an
operator permit in Oregon.
